At the same time each day, Mimasapo delivers a wellness check-in. Simply tap the icon that best matches how you feel, and the result is sent to the contacts you have chosen. You decide who is notified, whether nurses, doctors, or family members.

If a check-in is missed, your contacts are notified so they can reach out and make sure you are all right.
